Crystal is the founder of The Boss Babepreneur™ company, a digital education company helping women turn their passion into profit with simple, strategic online systems.
Crystal’s mission is simple but powerful: to awaken the CEO within every woman and show her how to transform passion into profit and purpose into power—without chasing trends, burning out, or sacrificing what matters most.
She teaches women how to design freedom-based businesses that reflect their time, values, and dream lifestyle. Because she believes every woman deserves to call the shots, live with intention, and build both financial and time freedom.
With advanced degrees in Entertainment Business and Film Production, Crystal has worked on major Hollywood projects like Killers of the Flower Moon. Her career path also led her into creative media and contract production, including impactful work with the Army National Guard. But after years of long hours and out-of-state contracting, she discovered her true calling: helping women gain financial independence through digital entrepreneurship.
Today, Crystal combines her love for storytelling, tech, and branding to mentor women in creating powerful personal brands, building streams of passive income, and reclaiming their time. Her mission is clear: to guide women in becoming the boss of their life, business, and future—while creating a legacy they can be proud of.
The Personal Why Behind It All
In recent years, Crystal faced the devastating loss of three dear friends. Their passing became a wake-up call that made her reflect on her own life. At the time, she was traveling often for contracting jobs—work she loved for its impact, training soldiers, power plant engineers, and refinery teams under the motto: “Save a limb, save a life.”
But in the middle of pouring herself into that mission, she realized something was missing. She was sacrificing irreplaceable time with the people she loved most.
That realization shifted everything. She knew she had to create a new way forward—one where she could make an impact while also being fully present for the people who matter most. That’s when The Boss Babepreneur was born.
Now, Crystal is passionate about helping women like YOU create businesses that don’t just generate income but also provide freedom, fulfillment, and legacy. Because building a business is deeply connected to life, love, and the kind of future we choose to create.
